Independent TD Gillian Toole failed to declare her housing contracts with local authorities – for six rental properties – as well as her directorship of a property company.
The ex-Fine Gael politician previously failed to register some of her ten rental properties with the Residential Tenancies Board.

First-time Meath East TD Toole submitted her Dáil declaration of interests in January this year. She declared ownership of ten rental properties in Meath and Dublin and directorships of three companies.
Toole however didn’t declare she received housing assistance payments for six rental properties in west Dublin and county Meath.
TDs must declare any contracts they have with local authorities when the value of the services exceeds €6,500 per year.
A Fine Gael councillor till 2019, Toole also failed to declare she was a director of Westfield Company Ltd. The property development company – in which she holds a 25 percent shareholding – has net assets of more than €37,000 according to its most recent accounts.
Toole declined to comment.
