The Ditch can reveal that the Powerscourt Hotel first hosted Peter Thiel and Auren Hoffman’s secretive Dialog event in 2018.
The hotel came under pressure from the opposition after The Ditch reported yesterday that it will host the off-the-record event run by Dialog – founded by Thiel and Hoffman – in August.
Chairman of Virgin Media Ireland owner Liberty Global John Malone co-owns the Powerscourt Hotel.
The event took place at the Powerscourt Hotel from 2-4 August 2018 according to correspondence obtained by The Ditch.
